Lallemand is a privately-held Canadian company that specializes in the development, production, and marketing of yeasts, bacteria, and their derivatives. Lallemand provides microbiological solutions for dozens of different industries, from human and animal health and nutrition to baking, oenology, brewing, food ingredients, probiotics, and biofuels.


The Challenge

Lallemand needed to generate overall brand awareness and drive users to their website to register for a webinar on more information on their products. To do this they needed to their message in front of a specific target audience they knew would be interested in their products, and reach them wherever they were online.


The Solution

The Qualifi team got to work and determined that the two best channels for maximum awareness of the webinar were LinkedIn and Display. With Lallemand’s design team providing the creative, Qualifi ran a one-month display and LinkedIn campaign, driving people to a landing page to register for the upcoming webinar. Lallemand took advantage of Qualifi's world-class B2B data and used granular segmentation to target specific audiences who had shown signals they would be interested in their products. This data was pooled from event attendance and online behavior that indicated an interest in the right industry. 


The Results

At the conclusion of the one-month brand awareness campaign, the Lallemand team saw great success, with the creative hitting above average CTRs on both the LinkedIn and Display channels. Specifically, the LinkedIn portion of the campaign came in at 0.33% and display at 0.19%.

The Lallemand team reported that webinar registrations were “through the roof."
